first get a rebuild kit from a Kawasaki dealership, then get a carb dip from a auto supply. before dissasembly turn the fuel screw IN untill lightly seated and write down how many turns it was.That will tell you how many turns OUT it will be on reembly! dissasemble the carb and place only metal parts in the dip.NEVER PUT RUBBER OR PLASTIC PARTS IN THE DIP!!!! soak over night blow out with compressed air and reemble and reinstall.If your bike has two carbs you WILL have to synchronize the carbs after instalation.
