Your team is great. I have no idea how you got such great players. I'd say 8/10. If I were you I'd try to trade Granderson and Nyjer Morgan for a better outfielder. Pena is doing well with home-runs but not great batting average. If I were you I would trade him while he's hot and try to get Teixera. Your pitching is great, but I'd try to get Jonathan Broxton somehow.
