Also might have the possibility of an inner ear malfunction causing vertigo. That can have symptoms like that too. With the sinus pain, and nasal drip, might even be a slight inner ear infection,or just sinus pressure pushing on the ear c or the inner ear workings just enough to cause the vertigo. Either way - you might want to see a doc if it doesn't get better soon, as you might require antibiotics. Good luck!
