Why cant we in india & bollywood make films like inception?

Its just a Blockbuster Film and its supposed to make you feel like that. Hollywood is great on Blockbusters and only some really make sense. Ive seen alot of Bollywood Films that are much better than Inception. Bollywood doesn't really focus on the Special effects that are use in Inception if they did i'm sure you wouldn't ask this question. Inception is just great directing with a brain teasing plot and nothing more. Don't get me wrong Inception will go down as one of the best but in the end that movie has no real depth. In my opinion real movies should be more real in their ideas and not just try to seem smart.
