Contacting a commanding officer?

My ex fiance still has some of my belongings that I really want back because they were a gift from my parents, problem is he's in the army and stationed up at fort bragg NC, and wont respond to my emails or mail my stuff back, His parents wont do anything because they hate me just as much. Does anyone know how i can get my stuff back and or contact a commanding officer in my ex''s company? Id really like actual information on what to do. Thanks guys
