What's the 80s video where a guy falls backwards onto a stone table that turns out to be a pool of water?

MTV used to show this video in the 80s. Like a Duran Duran video, it's set in an exotic locale, but it's not Duran Duran. A guy is running through what looks sort of like a Middle Eastern bazaar, and he falls backwards onto what looks like a stone table, but it turns out to be a pool of cloudy water. Anyone? I've been wondering about this for years!
