I have a cyst on my left clavicle that the doctors discovered was benign but is starting to hurt?

it was a year and a half ago wen my doctors found my benign cyst on my left collar bone. all of a suddon in the past few weeks is has begun to constantly hurt again i was wondering why or if has become cancerous or anything? thanks for the help:)
