I need a game that will make me piss my pants with fear (that's for windows vista or is compatible with it)?

Recently, I've been depressed because I can't find a game that has EVER scared me, just recently I came across the F.E.A.R. series, and I thought wow, the first game to make me jump; being a fear junkie I go around searching for something to scare me out of my skin, I've already played F.E.A.R series, Condemned: Criminal Origins, Resident Evil series, Silent Hill series (those that were available for the pc (not all that scary)), BioShock, Left 4 Dead 1 & 2, and many more... got anything I never heard of? I'm already planning to try Clive Barker's Jericho and Clive Barker's Undying (even though graphics might not be appealing) and Doom I and II and III. Any suggestions? I need something "hella scary"...
