In seminaries, is the Bible studied as Hebrew or Aramaic or Greek literature, or just as scripture?

I'm not sure what everyone else does, but in Seminary for the younger students in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, it is just as scripture, and if the Seminary teachers have had more training in those languages they can always explain terms in the other more ancient languages. I think most Seminary and Institute teachers I have met know at least the rudiments of Hebrew.
