Two supreme court cases ?

i was wondering if anyone could tell me what the argument was for the city of baltimore in the case of barron v. baltimore .. also.. in the case of sheppard v. maxwell.. what was the dissent of this case ? .. if anyone knows please let me know cause i've looked everywhere and can't find it.
