India fail to validate their ranking?

As the number one ranked team, they were expected to win in SA. Another series there and another drawn series. SA can take a fair bit from it. Most of the umpire's blues in the series were in India's favour. That LBW decision last night was horrendous. Could this be why India does not want to use the UDRS?
