What should I do, given this situation?

I am 21 years old, and am going to get married soon. I have been promoted three times over the course of a year and a half at my current workplace, and am being trained toward a fourth promotion at this time. In March, when my training is completed, I will be working as the Operations Manager of a fast casual restaurant location. I will have a base salary of $40k a year, with variable monthly bonuses based on sales (we're an efficient, high volume store so I'm pretty sure these will be okay). My question is, at this stage is it worth the financial difficulty to demote myself a few levels, become part time, and go to college? Right now, I have no education beyond my high school diploma, and it's becoming extremely hard to make a decision.
